Problem with member

Hello. I have been here for a month, trying to contact a member, to get him to add me as a friend. I am interested in a single video (40 seconds in length) he posted, which is private, and have sent him a friend request, as well as maybe half a dozen messages, but he won't respond. I even uploaded videos for two models he's looking for video of (as a stated condition of his accepting a friend request), but he still won't respond.

To avoid any privacy issues, I will not post his username in public (unless directed to by admin).

Is there anything that can be done?

It sounds like he might have ignored you and is now unable to see your messages. You could create a new account, upload some videos, then try asking again.

Or another option is to forget about it and go enjoy other girls, there is so much content available.

This goes against the spirit of the site, which is that people should upload videos in order to increase the chances of their outgoing friend requests being accepted.

People do make requests like this from time to time, but I think you will find it difficult to get Admins to say something that could be construed as condoning it.
 
I get where you're coming from, but the member in question has 125 friends, and has posted 110 videos, yet he's completely blowing me off, and I have no idea why. I want just one 39 second video he posted, that I've been searching for, for a long time, and I even posted videos of two models he's looking for, yet nothing. There has to be some mechanism for a non-responsive, non-cooperative member, no?

Sorry if this comes off as whining, but I'm at wit's end over this.

I'd suggest against this. It's fine on your end but the guy helping you out might get the short end of the stick. I used to help a few people maybe a year or two ago with getting the videos they want but one of those people probably told other people and it eventually circled back to the person owning the video. Unfriended me and needless to say, he was salty and made sure I know it. Happened twice so I stopped. I got several unfriends after for a few weeks so I guess the word got out. I wasn't getting anything out of that deal and I just thought I'm trying to be helpful but it bit me in the ass in the end so I stopped.
 
It's not even about the video anymore; I've resigned myself to the fact that, even though I've been respectful, the member in question here refuses to respond, so I'll never be able to access it. It's all about a member misrepresenting himself here (and the board condoning it), as well as a moderator who doesn't have the temperament to his job effectively.
 
I still believe the mod who responded in the "shuqidabi" thread in this section was rude towards me. I'm dropping the matter, as I will never have this resolved to my satisfaction. If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to message me.

Nobody has to answer a friend request here. Everyone decides for himself who he accepts as a friend. Personally, I usually give reasons when declining a request, but this is not mandatory.

I read it but I don't think he was rude to you. With all due respect, it's more in your... let's call it - mindset. I would try to reflect on that. The mod did give you a solution you could try, if the video means that much to you.

You need to understand that the system of friendship on the site isn't perfect. No system is. Unfortunately, sometimes it allows idiots to be idiots. However, investigating every friend request outcome people aren't content with would require an army of paid mods. We don't have that.
 
They might have a good reason for ignoring you, or they might not. Either way there's nothing you, or the site, can do about it. You can't force friendship on someone. It's his video, and he decides who he shares it with. Asking his friends to steal the video and give it to you is a BAAAD idea. I have caught people doing this after I have denied them. Not only will I never be friends with that user, but I actively deny other people who are friends with him.
You can't always get what you want just because you want it. I want Elvis Presley's first guitar. But just because I want it doesn't mean that I can have it.

I get that, but if a member says I have to do a, b and c in order to have a friendship request accepted, and I do a, b and c, and it's still not accepted, that's bait-and-switch. IMO, in such a case, staff should at least contact him to find out why he (I'm assuming it's a he) is acting fraudulently in his accepting of requests. I've left him alone, and not contacted him for a while, just to see if radio silence would help... it hasn't.

I realize that I'll never be able to gain access to the one video I was looking for, but if a member is hoodwinking other members, I would think staff should at least look into it. At this point, I'm not even asking for the video, or for the friend request to be accepted, but the member is "defrauding" other members... and I can't believe I'd be the only one he's doing this to. I'm a mod on several sites, and if prompted, I'd at least PM the offender, and get an explanation of his rationale.

In any case, the staff has indicated that they will not take action (in my mind, condoning this kind of behavior), so I am powerless to do anything.

Is it really a bait and swith though? I mean you did not lose anything. Icould see if they told you to pay them money and after you did they still don't add you but in this case they might just not like the particular videos of said models listed on their profile. I mean, you can hardly expect people to go list individula videos of specific models they they like / don't like.

True, but for me, it boils down to a matter of jumping through the member's hoops and him not honoring his conditions for accepting a friend request. I believe it goes against the "spirit" of the board, and though he can't be forced to accept a request, the behavior should be looked into, IMO. Staff sees it very differently, so in the end, I have no recourse.

Yes but like I said just because he likes those models doesn not automatically mean he likes everything of those models. If I was in their position and somewone tried to add me with a 10second clip or a recording that is already widely available online I would not accept either. Espescially if I had videos so rare that people have been searhing as long hardfor it as you seemingly have. Also since the video in question that you are looking for seems to be from onlyfans if you are that desperate for it could you not just simply subscribe to that models onlyfans?
